This policy explains how Nex Annotation handles personal data submitted through this website. Client project data is governed separately by the NDA and data-processing agreement signed for each engagement.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: name, work email, company, role and project description. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage the engagement. Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Worker and delivered to our inbox by an email provider acting as a processor on our behalf.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to services@nextribes.com.
